How to scan a resume for keywords

Paste your resume and a real job description into the scanner. It compares terms, checks for common section headings, and points out where your document could be clearer. The similarity score is only a text-match estimate, not a prediction of an employer's applicant-tracking system or hiring decision. Never insert skills you do not actually have.

How image-to-text recognition works

Upload a readable photo or screenshot containing printed text. The OCR engine reads the image locally and returns editable text you can copy. Clear, high-resolution images with straight text produce better results than blurry handwriting. The first use needs an internet connection to download the open-source OCR library and its language data.

How to write better page descriptions

Enter your page topic and intended audience. The description tool drafts short options you can edit to reflect the page accurately. Good snippets explain what the visitor will find; they cannot guarantee a ranking or a click. The keyword extractor helps identify repeated terms in drafts, but search intent and helpful content matter more than keyword density.

When local generators are useful

Our name, subject-line and hashtag generators are idea starters based on word combinations and templates, not cloud language models. They make repetitive creative work faster, but names must still be checked for trademarks, domain availability and cultural fit. The password tool is different: it uses cryptographic randomness instead of words or templates.

A few good questions.

Are these tools really free?+

Yes. There is no subscription, signup, or payment needed to use the ten tools on this page.

Are these tools powered by a large AI model?+

No. The writing and naming tools use explainable local word rules, templates and text scoring. Image-to-text uses the Tesseract open-source OCR engine. We describe them as AI-inspired and productivity tools to avoid promising capabilities they do not have.

Do you upload my resume or image to a server?+

Our tools do not send your entered text or uploaded image to our server. OCR downloads software and language files from external content delivery networks; it processes the chosen image on your device. Advertising vendors, once enabled, may process browsing data under their own policies.

Is the resume score an official ATS score?+

No. It is a local keyword overlap estimate to guide review, not a hiring decision, job guarantee, or assessment by an actual employer's ATS.

Can I use the output commercially?+

You may use text suggestions for your own work. Review their quality and check any generated name for trademarks or other third-party rights before using it as a brand.

Privacy & site information.

Your content stays on your device

The text tools operate in browser memory, without a website login or database. Uploaded images are processed locally by Tesseract.js. We don't run a resume or image collection service. Avoid entering sensitive data into any tool you don't trust; close the tab to clear session input.

Advertising and third parties

This site includes Google AdSense code for verification; Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads when advertising is active. Appropriate notice and consent choices may be required by region. OCR downloads third-party code and language data; see the Tesseract.js project for details.

Limitations and contact

Results are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Resume scoring is heuristic, names are unverified, and OCR accuracy varies by source image. Read our full privacy policy and About page for more information about this website.
